Monoclonal Antibody Production
AlexoTech offers custom antibody production from Hybridoma. The service is wide range from milligram to gram.
Work process:
- Customer provides vial of hybridoma cells from desired stain along with a certificate of Mycoplasma test. If such cannot be provided Alexotech offer to perform this.
- A test of yield is performed on one liter of cultural medium. Purification, aliquoting and delivery of up to 20 mg Antibody is included.
- The antibody is sent to customer for evaluation along with a quotation for future orders.
Price example:
1 liter test scale including: purification, aliquoting, ELISA (if antigen provided) and delivery of up to 20 mg Antibody.
