How do you ship the products?

The products are shipped as lyophilized powder, at room temperature.

What company do you use as a carrier?

Alexotech primarily use DHL as a carrier but FedEx is also an option if preferred by the customer.

The estimated shipping time is 3-5 days.

The shipping cost is 60 USD for our international customers.

Do you ship on dry ice?

Yes, alternative shipping conditions using dry ice can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
